| The Redline Guys are a group of friends that I have made over the years in my Hot Wheels collecting "travels". These were guys that I knew well and trusted to be fair dealing people. I thought it would be really cool to have everyone meet each other and have a sort of Hot Wheels "show-off" show and turn this fun hobby of Hot Wheels collecting from a "lone ranger" hobby into a really fun "hangin' out" event that would result in better overall friendships, great trades and a sense of "looking out" for each other. The photos below are from the last Redline Guys meeting which was held on October 10, 1999. I continue to be amazed at the high quality of Redlines that this group has managed to acquire! Hopefully viewing this will encourage others out there to start their own "events" and really enjoy a whole new level of collecting fun!! Dave |
